ANU Graduate Lounge

A new social space for ANU graduate students next to the Fellows Café and Bar at University House.

 

 

All graduate students are welcome to enjoy Graduate Lounge during University House open hours 7 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 7 – 10 am Saturday and Sunday.

Graduate Lounge is a space to meet friends and make new friends, perhaps while playing a board game.  Or you might want to work away quietly on your laptop (it’s a wireless area), or read a magazine.

 

Students and staff may also book Graduate Lounge for small meetings (up to 20 students).  The room has a projector screen and whiteboard, but you'll need to supply your own laptop and cable.

A variety of activities and events have been scheduled to take place in Graduate Lounge in September and October – check the Graduate Lounge Diary for details (some of the activities may require registration).  You are of course free to join in any of the events organised by University House, such as Trivia Tuesday, Thursday Beer and Gourmet Pie Night, and Friday Happy Hour.  You are welcome to bring along a friend/partner to any of the events organised by PARSA (and University House).  If you would like to bring a friend to any other events, please email Margareta Olsson first to see how many students have already registered.

Please note that only food and drink  purchased at University House may be consumed on the premises.
